Those wishing to organize a Continuing Medical Education (CME) program under the ICNM banner with financial support must submit a formal written proposal by email to the Secretary of ICNM [ secretaryicnm22@gmail.com ].

The proposal must explicitly include the following details:
  • Topic of the CME
  • Duration of the event
  • Proposed date
  • Financial support requested

A copy of this proposal must also be sent to the President of the respective Chapter for information, President -SNMI and Secretary General-SNMI (snmindiasecretary@gmail.com) .

Funding Allocation Policy:
  • Initial Distribution: Total funds will be distributed equally, providing ₹2 Lakhs to each of the 5 chapters of SNM India, with a maximum grant of ₹1 Lakh to each event.
  • Deadline: Interested organisers must submit their proposals by 31st July of the respective year or alteast one month before the proposed date of event.
  • Fund Reallocation: If there is no proposal by July from a chapter, the Dean of ICNM holds the authority to approve CMEs for other chapters using the remaining unutilized funds.
Mandatory requirements:
  • The brochure and other branding material of the CME funded by ICNM will clearly have the name and logo of Indian College of Nuclear Medicine and Society of Nuclear Medicine, India.
  • The fund will be credited after submission of eligible bills in the name of SOCIETY OF NUCLEAR MEDICINE INDIA and use society GST No. "27AABTS8819C1ZD" towards expenditure in CME.
